Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Because many of our products are personalized and custom-made, production times may vary slightly during holidays and peak shopping seasons.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Available on select products and destinations

Most customers receive their orders within 5–10 business days from the date of purchase.

Personalized Products

Many WonderHue products include personalized message cards or custom options.

Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delays

While we work hard to deliver every order on time, shipping carriers occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.

WonderHue is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Customs processing (for international shipments)

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at ShopWonderHue@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order enters production.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery.
